Area

The Beach Break Lodge is situated in the heart of Blouberg – a quiet and secure suburb of Cape Town. The house is just a 300 m stroll away from the endless white Blouberg Beach (also known as Kitebeach) where the kite pros play in summertime. Here you can sit back and enjoy the famous postcard views of Table Mountain and breathtaking sunsets over a sundowner.

The house itself is located very close to the winelands, golf courses and lots of stunning kite and surf spots along the coast. The Blouberg beach front has lots of cafes, restaurants and surf shop and is just around the corner while the nearby malls offer very good shopping facilities.

The vibrant city centre of Cape Town with lots of attractions is only a 15 minute drive by car or the new City Line Bus away.

House

The Beach Break Lodge is a spacious double storey guesthouse. With its thatched roof, hidden small backyards and the lush garden it gives one a homey feeling immediately and welcomes the guests with a warm and familiar atmosphere.

Beach Break Lodge operates on a self catering bases and offers five beautiful single and double rooms each with and en suite bathroom. The house is tastefully renovated and furnished, with an interior calling from both African and European influences.

Rooms

The rooms are either under the thatched roof with its unique cozy atmosphere or have a garden view and direct access to the pool area. All rooms are equipped with safes, fans and international adapters. *

Next to the dining area on the ground floor you´ll find a modern and fully equipped guest kitchen as well as a comfy lounge area with an open fireplace, TV and Hifi system. A second lounge is located on the 1st floor.

The beautifully landscaped garden area with a large pool, small terrasses around the house and a seperate fireplace invites to relax, swim or just have a nice braai (the South African version of a barbeque) after a long exciting day out.

For our surfing guests there is a secure equipment storage for boards, kites and wetsuits.
